Experience / Qualifications

I'm a life enjoyer. I have turned my hobby into my profession and can create a pleasant atmosphere with this hobby. I studied hard to get started as a professional. I am also a romantic; I can make and compose my own songs and want to bring out the best in myself.

I started my piano studies at the age of 7
Music College. I play solo (independently) on the piano, music in different genres. (including, for example, film soundtrack or classical music). I can also compose my own music pieces.

During my training in music school I have performed several times in the music halls and concert halls. Moreover, I have also given performances in cafés and music houses. A great sense and sense of and for music reinforces my musical attitude. In short, we work together result-oriented and creatively.

Fortunately, at the Online Piano Lessons you are not just there, but I give you Live advice, tips and intensive effort in your handover assignments.
I have been giving private music lessons and fortepiano for a long time. In addition to my classical music education in 2000, I obtained my bachelor's degree in psychopedagogy in 2006. This year I am interested in expanding my practice to include more students with special needs. I learned about the different ways music can help students with special needs. It helps them express their emotions and develop their memories and self-regulatory skills. It can show them strengths that they might not otherwise find during their school day. It can also open their eyes to a whole world of expression and beauty, enriching their lives. I find out what works for a particular student, what distracts them, what motivates them, what helps them focus and sometimes just learn how to relate to them. As a music teacher I enjoy working with the special needs students with autism and visual impairment

As a dedicated and experienced teacher with a Master's Degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy, I take teaching seriously and am committed to providing effective lessons tailored to each student. I offer different approaches to suit the individual needs and goals of every student. Playing an instrument should be a delightful experience and that's exactly what my lessons are all about! PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN (3+) Are you a parent eager to introduce your little one to the wonderful world of music? My lessons are designed to be playful and engaging. Using specially adapted piano books, I'll guide your child through an exciting musical adventure, complete with stories and new songs to learn. We'll explore music through singing, movement, and rhythm, helping your child develop a deep and lasting love for music. SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN Unlock your child's full potential with the gift of reading musical notes! Learning how to read sheet music not only helps your child to learn new songs quicker but also gives them the freedom to play whenever they want without having to wait for their teacher. At my lessons, your child will discover the magic of musical notes through a fun and interactive story that introduces each character as a concrete musical note. The carefully chosen piano book and additional repertoire will ensure a progressive improvement of piano skills, while also allowing your child to choose the musical pieces they love the most. TEENAGERS Are you looking for a piano teacher who will encourage and support your teenager's passion for music? I offer an accelerated piano book specifically designed for this age group, allowing your child to progress quickly in their piano skills. If your child already has experience in playing the piano, I build on their existing knowledge and continue to expand their skills and creativity. I understand that every student has their own goals, whether it's playing for fun or aspiring to be a professional musician. That's why I adapt my lessons to fit your child's intentions. By offering a variety of musical pieces for them to choose from, and being open to their suggestions, I believe that playing a piece they enjoy is more effective in keeping them motivated. ADULTS Are you worried that you're too old to start learning the piano? Don't be! It's never too late to pick up a new skill, and as an adult, you have unique advantages over children when it comes to learning music. You have greater focus, a better grasp of music theory, and a strong motivation to succeed. Do you have a favorite song that you've always wanted to play but thought it was too difficult? There are plenty of classical and popular melodies that have been arranged for beginners, so you can start playing them right away. I'll also recommend a piano book specifically designed for adult learners, which will help you build up your skills at a comfortable pace.

Ludva
Private course of Piano/Composition/Computer Music with AppMuse
< Learning Piano is not merely about playing the piano > Before starting to learn the piano, it’s essential to recognise that : '' What we are actually learning is "Music", but not only "Piano". '' The goal of learning any instrument is to acquire the language of music, enabling us to express ourselves and enjoy music with others. Playing the piano is for creating beautiful sounds, not really for developing finger speed or strength. That’s the function of gym. < Music is like cooking > When we cook, to make a roast beaf tender, of course it’s nice to have a tender heart, but without knowing how to control the temperature, the roast beaf won’t become tender merely by our tender heart. By only adding salt, the dish won’t be sweet. Similarly, simply playing or writing a C major triad chord won’t convey a sorrowful feeling. To create the feeling we want, no matter how much sentiment we have in our hearts, to convey it via music, it needs to be translated into the language which piano can understand, which means, how we press and lift the keys and pedals. Similarly, when we compose, it needs to be transferred into chords, notes we write. < Difference between an audience and a musician > There is a common belief that a musician can make music with sentiment or feeling. While it’s partially true, the most essential thing is knowing ‘’How’’ to create the sound that conveys the feeling we want, rather than merely knowing ‘’What’' feeling we want to convey. The understanding of the mechanism behind music is essential, as cooking, and that is the difference between an audience and a musician. As an audience, one can simply feel the music. Like a chief who knows how to create a specific flavour to convey, a musician knows how to create the sound which can convey the feeling we want. While knowing which feeling we want is great, it’s merely the first step. Your emotions are not too different from Chopin, Beethoven, Adele or Taylor Swift, otherwise they can’t resonate with you. But they know how to create the sound that conveys the feeling they want to their audience. < Course Content > I consider my course to be a form of "Music Consultation" because it contains a wide range of subjects which are essential to a professional musician. While we focus on piano playing, there are also music theory, music history, instrument construction, ergonomics for performers, analysis of composer styles, composition, arrangement, recording, MIDI, computer music, the physics of sound, and more. In avoid of confusion, let’s still call my course as "Piano Course”. < Duration > For each course, I will reserve at least 70 minutes in my schedule for you, including 60 minutes of class time and additional 10 minutes for discussion and any questions you may have. This will ensure that your courses are not rushed by the next student. This ensures that there is enough time for you to solve your piano and music problems. < Recording > I highly encourage my students to record their progress. This can provide an objective standard for comparison and help you analyze your playing precisely. In my nine years of experience teaching music, I've found many students, including those advanced, already play certain sections very well, while other sections may not be not well enough. But they still try to improving those fine sections, while not aware of those weak sections. Without an objective reference, it’s hard to distribute our effort precisely. This can lead to not only unstable performance, but also practicing without a precise goal can easily reduce enthusiasm. Recording your results and comparing them with those recordings you like on YouTube or Spotify can be an effective way to analyze your playing and set precise goals. If you have a digital piano, I can help you produce a video of your performance for each session. This can be a tangible record of your efforts and you can share it with your friends and family via YouTube or other platforms.

Bastien
Harmony and Classical Writing
This applied music theory course is for any passionate musician, regardless of level. It aims to broaden his musical knowledge and abilities by understanding music as a whole. The goal is to be able to decode and understand how a music (not only of classical style, but also pop, jazz, rock, electro, ...) was composed, and to be able to use interesting harmonies oneself. and solid in a personal composition / production. It is made up of two main topics: * Harmony (building chords, understanding chord diagrams, learning to Harmonize a given melody, the possibility or not of using these Harmonies in a given style, etc.). But also understand the key, how to build a scale, how to navigate between different keys, how to transform a classic chord suite into another style? Harmony is a course open to all and all levels, no prerequisites to have. Any passionate musician will find interest in it, that's guaranteed. * Writing is a much more targeted course, which is already an introduction to classical composition. In this branch, we will develop the rules of classical writing (parallel fifths and octaves, false relations etc, ...) within the framework of an exercise based on a given melody or bass (in the first case it will be necessary to invent harmonization and compose a bass, in the second, it will be necessary to invent the harmonization and the melody). This course can also be used by academy or conservatory students who wish to prepare for the writing exam, or simply to deepen their knowledge.

Sara
Piano lessons given by concert pianist with four postgraduate diplomas
Being naturally very skilled in sight-reading of music scores, I've realized numerous times how helpful and enjoyable can be to posses that "gift". Now, after many years of experience in teaching at different levels and aspirations of students, I can surely say that, despite their different ambitions in playing piano, all of them were very keen in learning how to be better in reading completely new and unknown music to them. Currently, I'm developing an approach which could efficiently help one in understanding better the composition seen for the first time, through "scanning" analysis and use of logical patterns while getting to know basis of classical harmony. I'm a concert pianist with rich performing experience on worldwide stages, 1st prize winner of more then 30 international piano competitions in Europe and USA, holding Master degree, as well as two different Postgraduate degrees and two different Concert musician diplomas in special program for gifted concert artists at Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel.
