I run bespoke music lessons for customers of all ages and levels, offering tuition in piano, cello, music composition, arranging, theory, and aural.
Whether you want to learn just one instrument, or learn a collection of skills, I can deliver tailor-made lessons that suit the pupil's needs, always delivering a fun and practical lesson.

I am an experienced music tutor with a professional career as a pianist, singer, cellist, and composer, and arranger, and hold two degrees specialising in music and composition. Whether an absolute beginner, or looking to develop, or revisit your musical skills, you can look forward to friendly lessons with an attention to detail and progress.

Music teaching is all about delivering practical and engaging lessons that address the pupil's individual needs, whether they are a young child beginning the piano, or an adult taking graded music exams. I bring a variety of skills with professional experience as a pianist, singer, cellist, composer, and arranger, and am able to help pupils with any of these instruments/subjects, as well as music theory and aural training.

I have been teaching in London for over three years and have received tremendous feedback as a tutor, working with both children and adults, and have continued my teaching practice online through the lockdown. My lessons involve carefully selected books (according to the pupil), and I also bring my own musical examples to ensure an enriching and efficient lesson on all occasions.

Ableton Live is the new standard for electronic music. Its very easy to learn and with only a couple of lessons you will be able to start making your own music! Used by almost all EDM, House, Deep House and even Pop artists it is the must-have tool in the new decade. In our classes we will go over making beats, basic music theory, song-writing techniques and production techniques including advanced sound design with synthesizers. If requested, we can also move on to mixing to make your tracks sound just like what you hear on the radio.

I specialize in Ableton Live and have released albums on multiple record labels. I hold a degree in Music Production and Sound Engineering from Point Blank Music School and I am currently the Music Content Manager at Vochlea Music and the lead Ableton tutorial writer for Attack Magazine. I also own my own recording and production studio in East London.

The student will learn techniques, stylistic elements, tricks ... already by working on his first tracks: to keep motivation and satisfaction high, the result is always visible!
The lessons are face-to-face and personalised according to the level of experience and the musical style of the student. The presentation of the information is clear and accompanied by practical examples.

I'll show you how to:
- use Ableton Live,
- program and control synthesizers and virtual instruments,
- use microphone and sound card to record your voice and your instruments,
- process sound with effects (plugins) and optimize it for diffusion (mixing and mastering),
- make your songs, from start to the last details.

I also speak Spanish, French, German and Italian.

My name is Andrea, I have recently concluded my Artist's Master in keyboard instruments at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. My passion for music induced me to apply in the “Conservatorio Profesional de Música de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria” in the course of Harpsichord as my principal study. After 10 years studying music and obtaining the diploma of “Grado de Enseñanzas Profesionales” in the conservatory, I developed a deep interest for Classical and Early music for keyboard instruments.

Discovering a historical and musical universe, I decided to continue my performing and theoretical investigation studying the bachelor course in keyboard instruments including piano, harpsichord and organ. I had the amazing opportunity to obtain a scholarship and study at the "Conservatorio Tartini di Trieste", in Italy. Working with exceptional teachers, i was able expand my linguistic abilities and cultural appreciation for the expressive diversity of Keyboard music. I have discovered the magnificent variety between many composers all around Europe and the distinct features and techniques they utilized to improvise and to embellish their pieces. During this artistic journey, i have had extraordinary performance experiences as a soloist including playing at the Parlament of Brussels and the National Gallery in Bosnia. Recently, living in London has inspired me to take part in a wide variety of exciting projects such as performing as a keyboard accompanist in Opera Scenes and with the Guildhall Baroque Orchestra in the Milton Court Concert Hall.

I was a classical piano student at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester for 7 years and continued to study music for a year in Paris. I achieved a distinction at grade 8 ABRSM piano (the highest grade available), with 1 year of experience tutoring piano for a child who was 9 years old. However, I also have experience with tutoring in other fields (maths and physics).
