Sessions aimed to be personalized and are focused to help achieve better posture, improve flexibility and balance, building a strong lean muscles. The class can be design by adding the Props such as Flex Band, Toning Balls, Light Weights, Foam Cushion, Fitness Circle, etc. (if you have them) but no worries if you don't, a mat and a small towel can work just fine.
