About Me

I’m a passionate and supportive tutor who believes that the best learning happens when students feel confident asking questions and taking the lead in their own education. I like to guide sessions based on each child’s curiosity, helping them explore topics in a way that makes sense to them and builds real understanding.

I work with children aged 4–12 across a wide range of subjects, adapting my approach to suit each learner’s needs, pace, and interests. Whether your child needs help building foundations or gaining confidence, I aim to create a positive, encouraging environment where they feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated to learn.

Bring your best detective skills to Maths Code Breakers! We’ll focus on the area of maths you would like me to work on through a series of games, puzzles and challenges each week. It might be an escape room, a locked box or a treasure hunt. Following the children’s lead, I’ll steer them to develop their skills each week and then apply them to a code breaking challenge!

I pride myself on creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere where children feel comfortable to make mistakes and we can work together to find solutions.

I am a Master of Mathematics and I have been tutoring for over 20 years, helping my students to prepare for IGCSE and A level exams in accordance with the British Edexcel, Cambridge and AQA curriculum, as well as SAT exams in accordance with the American curriculum.

For the last 15 years I have lived in the UK where I have taught maths at prestigious international schools such as Roedean and Bellerbys, preparing students for the best universities in England and in the World. I have experience working with bilingual students from all over the World.

I am currently working at the Rafa Nadal International School in Mallorca and I offer private tutoring online on Zoom.

I approach each student individually, depending on their needs and abilities. Being a creative educator, I am able to explain complicated concepts in an easily understandable manner.
