As a student who had to deal with a high insulin level, I had to be creative and try a fast cooking keto diet that is also nutritious. I am very happy that after two years, of only cooking at home, I have managed to find solutions that fit my student budget life and my limited time resource. I have not only gained knowledge on how to make my diet different every day, but also how to snack keto and healthy, and happy to see the blood test results show that I am not going toward diabetes anytime soon. So, I have kind of invented fast keto food. I usually spend 20 minutes MAX for each meal in the kitchen, because I am getting an understanding of how to manage time while cooking. It just requires a bit of creativity and time management. But it works. The reason I am doing this class is that I think, everyone who is starting with keto, low-carb diet, finds it very frustrating. It is very complicated to find fast and healthy and budget-friendly ways to keep your stomach full without feeling guilty about having had sugar or carbs.
