Trusted teacher: As a scientist and researcher, I have experience teaching various subjects in science to high-school and university students. I have also worked as an English language tutor for over 5 years and love being able to help people to better use the language (whether for communication or for writing for school and work). Being able to be comfortable with the English language is a huge advantage not only for everyday communication but also to be able to communicate professionally. I especially specialize in the use of the English language for presentation and writing in the sciences and social sciences. I adapt my classes to each of my students - depending on their needs and goals. So whether you need help with conversational English or with your essays, scientific articles, theses, or dissertations - I can provide a specialized plan for you, and will do so taking into your field of study. Additionally, I can help you proofread and edit any writing you have. I am also a neuroscientist by training and can provide classes and help with your courses in Psychology, Biology, or Neuroscience. Additionally, I also tutor for Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering Sciences for high school and university students (in both English and French). My teaching philosophy for these is still the same- I adapt and prepare every class to each individual student's goals and needs.
