I am a graduate of the Antwerp Conservatory of Music and have been playing the cello for 20 years. Despite my young age, since 2012, after winning many auditions, I have played in orchestral projects in 18 European countries. I regularly participated in music courses and workshops. Currently, I work as a freelancer and am an active concert musician and private teacher. From my own experience, I know how important it is to practise sensibly and effectively at home, which is why I am happy to help young cello students who cannot count on the help of their parents, who are musicians, in this regard. I am Cèlia, a Catalan cellist living in Antwerp. I studied for my bachelor's degree at the HKU Utrechts Conservatorium and my master's degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. I offer cello and music theory lessons for all levels. I have several years of experience teaching children and adults in individual and group lessons. I adapt the content of the lessons to the level, needs, and goals of each student. I am a very enthusiastic person who likes working with people and making music.
