Cake decorating, I am also a cake decorator and a judge. I've been working in the hospitality industry since 1995 and I'm competent enough to accept new challenges and to work in new places. I've worked from restaurants to 5 star hotels and completed work experiences in top class London establishments including the Gordon Ramsay Michelin star restaurant and Dorchester hotel. I have also participated in many high culinary competitions where I won numerous awards and medals. I've also worked for Air Vice-Marshal RAF, CBFC in Cyprus, 4 star Generals in London and for MPs in London and many where I cooked for the VIP's and also managed the place and I'm very much confident that I would be a great fit for this role with my qualifications and experiences.
