Every child learns differently. That is why I do not believe in a standard approach, but in tailored guidance. I create a safe environment where children dare to ask questions, are allowed to make mistakes, and can gain experiences of success. By explaining difficult subject matter in a simple and understandable way, I help students progress in arithmetic, language, and spelling. I consider strengthening their motivation and self-confidence equally important, so that they go to school with more pleasure and confidence.
