I am a culinary school graduate, with 6 years working in fine dining. This class will be suitable for individuals who want to learn how to cook at all levels. For one time classes I can take requests on dishes and techniques that the student wants to learn. For those who intent to do multiple classes, i will start with the basics and teach new dishes/techniques each week.
