I offer a rhythm course without instruments or, at least, with nothing other than the body. This course is for everyone, all musicians who have difficulty performing or understanding the rhythm whatever their instrument, and those who want to deepen the rhythm. During the session, we will explore different exercises using the hands, feet and voice and, of course, a metronome. These exercises are taken from Daniel Goyone's "rhythm notebooks" method. Working on limb independence (like drummers do) really helps to integrate the rhythm into the body and feel comfortable performing it on the instrument. Lessons from 13 years old. If there are several of you, if you manage to bring together a few people for a regular workshop, the price of the course will of course be adapted.
