My name is Amand, I am a professor of anatomy and a 5th year medical student in Belgium. Here are some information about me: -I finished my Bachelor in medicine. -I received a grade of 17/20 at the Topological and Clinical Anatomy Exam (2nd year of Bachelor). -I did a 5 weeks dissection mentorship (myology and splanchnology) whose aim was to supervise 3rd year physiotherapists during their dissection labs. -I did a whole year of dissection mentorship for 2nd year medical students during their dissection labs. -I gave anatomy courses as part of dissection labs for 2nd year physiotherapists and 3rd year biomedical engineers. -I give private anatomy and methodology courses on different online platforms -I do internships in a private aesthetic surgery clinic, assist the surgeon during consultations and participate in surgical operations. -I do internships in a maxillo-facial surgery clinic, assist the surgeon during consultations and participate in surgical operations. -I did my clinical internship in a Digestive/Visceral Surgery department for my 4th year of med school. I received the maximum grade of 20/20. My teaching technique is to ask a lot of questions followed by explanations and mnemonics to help the assimilation of information. My goal is not to stress the student but to show him the level of knowledge that the anatomy course requires. I can also give methodological courses for the study of anatomy or the management of several courses during a period.
