Instrumental lessons in flute and recorder

I offer private piano lessons to students of different ages and levels. Depending on the student's final goal we adjust the repertoire and skills that are needed for obtaining the goal. My goal as a teacher is to keep and increase the students' love for music as well as to offer necessary and appropriate knowledge/skills to keep the student challenged.

I am a graduate of flute performance and instrumental pedagogy and a certified music physiologist. I have experience teaching in both private as well as public educational system, working with children up to 18 years old. I perform solo, in chamber groups as well as in orchestras - to complement my artistic activity, I research scientifically in the interdisciplinary field of science & medicine in arts. I offer performance preparation for competitions, auditions, concerts with any type of repertoire/genre - we will work on your individually set artistic, expressive and instrumental goals to reach them together. I base my teachings on the foundations of performance science, including technics, exercises and tools from music physiology and psychology, to provide you with the most optimal and balanced learning experience. I will teach you how to hold and use the instrument in the most physiologically correct and healthy way, as well as give you all the strategies and methods for optimal, enhanced learning. The scope of my expertise: * working from 0 - learning to play the instrument * working on the repertoire (orchestral excerpts, flute repertoire from baroque to modern, chamber music, solo music) * working on the flutistic basics: posture, embouchure, articulation, support (...) * working on the physiological level: tension release, tension management, strengthening exercises, warm-up, cool-down * working on the psychological level: mental training, mental practice, anxiety management, performance preparation * piccolo * piano accompaniment * playing in duo I teach all the levels - from beginners to students preparing for orchestral auditions. Beginner - Expert Violin! All ages and levels are welcome. I will improve your passagework, intonation, vibrato, sliding, presence, and solidity. I can also encourage musical intuition and imagination for creative students and teach them how to be independent thinkers to achieve awesome musicianship. In my first two years of violin training, I had the opportunity to study the Suzuki method while becoming accustomed to a more traditional style and am therefore versatile and flexible with student's abilities. I have performed as a classical soloist, in chamber groups, and with a full orchestra. Additionally, I have experience in modern popular music and help my students understand the importance of both mental preparation and knowledge on comfortability during their practice time and their performance time.

Classical guitar lessons for beginners and advanced players in Vienna in various languages (German, English, Serbian). I'm studying guitar at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with the famous Austrian guitarist Alexander Swete and I'm in the second phase of my studies (Master's). In addition to my studies, I perform concerts and regularly take part in international competitions. I offer classical guitar lessons for all levels and am particularly specialized in Spanish, classical and baroque music.

I offer fresh access to teaching, where basic principles and ideas of playing the piano are adapted to the skills and any previous knowledge. But since the music is never just in the notes and keys, I also attach particular importance to a simple and creative introduction to the classical music language and the theory associated with it. Rose is a classical cellist from Australia with extensive teaching experience and cello performance qualifications. She is currently studying her Master's in Cello Performance at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien. Rose has worked as a private cello teacher since 2014. In 2019 she was the Residential Music Tutor at Janet Clarke Hall, the University of Melbourne, and in the same year completed her Bachelor of Music (Honours) degree in Cello Performance, graduating with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. In 2020 she was a Lead Teaching Artist with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra's outreach program, and in 2021 she relocated to Vienna to pursue her Master's degree at the MDW. Rose has experience teaching students of all levels and ages, and offers lessons in both English and German.

Hello! I'm Tim, a 21 year old music producer who studied music programming in London. I have taught music production to children aged 8-16 at the BRIT School (Adele, Amy Winehouse, Jesse J) and would love to pass my knowledge on to the youth of Vienna! Depending on your needs, I help with basic musical training, learning various music programs on the computer, putting together hardware and software and composing, creating and mastering your own tracks. I'm open minded, constructive and I know how to nurture talent without sacrificing the fun! I play guitar, piano, bass, and drums, but I'm also proficient with Ableton Live, Logic Pro, and GarageBand.
