This class is interactive. All students can participate. This class is great for intermediate level students who want to learn new vocabulary words. Students will listen attentively to definitions and example sentences using vocabulary words. Students will play a game in which they will be given clues or parts of a definition and the students will guess the vocabulary word. Students will also use the vocabulary word to complete a sentence. This class is exciting and challenging!

Hi, I'm Nedra P. I love teaching! I have over 17 years of experience in the arena of teaching. I have a BSED & an A.A.S. in Teacher Education. I am also TEFL certified from Premier TEFL. My professional skills range from teaching preschoolers, elementary age kids, middle schoolers, and adults, and includes many subjects, with ESL being my primary focus. I have experience teaching special needs and special education students also, as well as students with challenging behaviors. I also specialize in teaching English, Grammar and Writing. Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
