I'm Kate, I come from Latvia, I've been playing the flute for 13 years and I'm currently studying with the principal flutist of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. I love dealing with people and passing on my music knowledge and experiences.

I recently completed my studies in transverse flute at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory of Music in Venice. I will move to Graz for a further master's degree and am available for lessons in music theory and practice. Being very sociable and positive, it comes naturally to me to convey the passion that music can express. I am available for lessons for children and young people of all ages.

The lesson lasts 45 minutes and is completely customized to your needs and preferences. We can work on your technique and musicality or just learn how to play your favorite songs so you can show off to your friends ;) I think I am a really patient person and I believe that with hard work, anyone can achieve anything! The lessons are optimized for everyone: from beginners to experienced piano players.

• I try to be creative in my lessons and it is important to me that the students are not physically or mentally tense when playing. I also teach basic theoretical knowledge that makes playing the piano easier and if the students have an inclination or interest in improvisation, I develop these skills as well.
