Depending on your swimming skills and level, we will work on different techniques and types of swimming. people who were afraid of swimming and water, they start with me and now they can swim easily. I teach all ages. it will be a minimum of 6 sessions.

I have also traveled the world and that's when I had a different view of myself and of society. It was my different trips that taught me to live and to open my eyes to what really mattered to me. When I looked at personal development, I said to myself "That's it, I've finally found it"! I then specialized in coaching on my own. Using the theory I saw during my studies and drawing inspiration from my own experiences, I created my coaching plan. "How to succeed in achieving your goals in 10 steps"
If you are interested in my action plan, I would be delighted to explain it to you in detail during the first session 1 / step 1 “Situation”.
During the sessions, I can also suggest other ways to feel good such as meditation, visualization technique or tarology and some alternative medicine techniques. It all depends on what you are looking for!
You decide on the variants of your coaching. When I say "stages", these are rungs to be reached before moving on to the next stage. A step does not necessarily mean a session. A session lasts a maximum of 1 hour. But the stages can be achieved in less than one session or more than one session. The program is very flexible and again the goal is to meet YOUR goals. Whether smoothly or quickly. It's how YOU want it to be.
