I focus on building a strong foundation in technique and musical expression, while making lessons enjoyable. I adapt my teaching to each student’s goals, whether they are beginners learning the basics or more advanced students. Lessons are available in both Russian and English, and I am happy to travel to the student’s home in Brussels for flexible scheduling.

Student in Ma at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and graduate of the Ecole Normale de Paris and Schola Cantorum gives piano lessons, support in writing (harmony, analysis, counterpoint, ...) and music theory.

I propose that we (re)discover the beauty of this infinite universe that is the world of sound, and set out to find the means of expression that it offers us, through interesting and varied exercises.

Aillant 11 years of piano at the conservatory but unfortunately not able to have my diploma because of moving to Belgium, it is possible for me to give beginner piano lessons.
I can teach you (or your children) the basics of the piano as well as the reading of a score.
I can also help you decipher your scores or help you learn a piece you can not read.

Graduated from a didactic master's degree at the conservatory and still a student, I have been playing classical guitar for almost 20 years and I have accompanied singers/choirs for about ten years. I also teach in academy, school and privately.

I am offering personalized Piano sessions (indeed interactive sessions and not just lessons) for various age groups and levels in 5 languages (English, Russian, Czech, Spanish and German).
. Furthermore, I invite your peer or parents to join.

For your ease, I have tried to summarize all necessary information in below points:

- You are very welcomed to acquire skills on Classical Piano playing as well as basic Jazz and modern music
- I will adapt the techniques, guidance and suggestions as per your expectation, level and understanding
- I will help you prepare for musical entrance exams, concerts, current studies or even simply for hobbies :)
- We will enjoy the theory part together in most simplest way I believe.
- Scores and practice exercises will be offered from my side

Who I am?

I had a great interest in music since my childhood and I knew that its the only way for me. I am a classical pianist with 17 years of experience. I am graduate of Prague Conservatory and Conservatory Jsroslav Jezek, from where I obtained the college degree. I am as well alumni of Conservatori Liceu (Barcelona, Spain). After two years of BA music degree at Consrvatori Liceu, I switched to Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, where I am pursuing my university degree currently.

During my tenure I have participated in many competitions, such as The Wiener Klassik International Competition in Vienna, Sergei Prokofiev's International Piano Competition in Prague, International Piano Competition in Cøpenhagen, Györ and many more.
Also, I am active as a concertmaster. Some of the highlights are, concerts in Belgium(Brussels, Namur), Prague, Cøpenhagen, Vienna, Györ, Barcelona, Badalona and Nürnberg. Furthermore I am an active chamber musician.

I am giving private lessons since 2013.

My name is Joris, I'm a saxophonist and conductor.
As a saxophonist I obtained a Master degree with great distinction from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, won the second prize at the national Lion's European Music Competition and already played as a soloist with orchestras like the Royal Symphonic Band of the Belgian Guides.
I'm currently following a Master degree in Music Theory and Conducting at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel.
I started conducting when I was 18 and highlights of my career thus far include a selection as one of only 24 candidates for the conducting contest at the World Music Contest Kerkrade last summer. Furthermore I have had the opportunity to work with professional orchestra's like MAV Symphony in Budapest, the North Czech Philharmonic, the President's Own United States Marine Band, the Belgrade Chamber Orchestra amongst others.

I'm a very logical person, I always analyze everything I do, which makes it very easy for me to teach and explain something I learned to others.
