Arabic Lute or Ud plays a very prominent role in Arabic music: people call him the 'sultan' of the Arabic instruments.
In these lessons we will approach the traditional instrumental repertoire with original point of view, Egyptian school, Iraqis school and Moroccan school, analyzing ornaments and elements of virtuosity.

My teaching method is flexible, as I can give lessons for a specific purpose (passing an exam, passing a test...) as well as working with people who are just looking to learn an instrument as a hobby.

I have experience teaching children from 6 years old up to adults. Depending on the age and the goal you want to achieve with the classes, the lessons can be between 30 and 90 minutes long.

I not only give lessons based on my method, but I can also reinforce students who already have a teacher to help them to achieve the work that the teacher has imposed on them by adapting to their way of working.

As a orchestra musician since long time, I would like to offer help and training for orchestra auditions. I play in different countries in Europa (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, UK etc.) : I am aware of the difference styles.
I can teach in french and english, if necessary, in german too.

I don't count the hours, usually it's between 90 and 120'

She graduated summa cum laude from Rotterdam Conservatory under Igor Gruppman. My teaching studio has hosted a private studio in Oslo, New York, Connecticut and now Antwerp. While living in New York I was the viola and violin professor at Pluckd Studio where I helped prepare students for music festivals, auditions and to establish a sound foundational approach to instrumental playing. While a student at Juilliard, I coached students in Juilliard’s Pre-College/MAP program and helped lead children’s concerts in Chicago, Austin, New York and Oslo.
