My studio has crush mat and the Poles are Lupit and X-Pole, both prestigious Pole brands.

Yoga is not only about exercise. Yoga is a way of breathing, moving, eating, thinking, feeling, living, loving... that will transform your life in a very short time, when practised consciously.
Passionate about yoga, I recieved a traditional yogi education in a small Indian school. I am Multi-Style Yoga Teacher certified by India Yoga Alliance.
My most requested classes are ASHTANGA PRIMARY SERIES training, empowering & energising yoga.
If you want it energising and soothing my flowed, liquid, static-dance-inspired VINYASA FLOW will work better for you.
If you would like to reduce stress, help blood circulation, increase concentration and creativity in a very relaxed and easy-going routine, then YIN YOGA is for you.
I also love using balances & intense stretch sessions as a tool for mindfulness and emotional healing.

Parkour and Freerunning are my special expertise. I've been doing parkour for more than 10 years now and teaching to all kinds of age and level for several years. I know how to safely support beginners in their first moves but also how to boost and enrich your basic level to some more difficult and creative movement.

In Capoeira classes we start with warming up, and then we learn Capoeira movements (for all levels and ages). Ultimately, we can play capoeira together. I teach individuals and groups. In class you also learn Capoeira Music (Percussion Instruments) and Culture.

All materials are included.

I can help you get back on track weither you have a chronic or acute injury, we can do an assessment together and build both short term and long term goals. From your back pain, general balance or lack of strength, we can work together on getting and feeling better.

I also enjoy working with +60 people in doing sports and movements, taking time to move together!
I used to work in rehabilitation centers, hospitals and recently private practices here in Amsterdam.
I am learning Nederland at the moment so I will practice with you guys.
I am fluent in English or French.
