Als ervaren pedagoog probeer ik steeds vanuit de leerling te vertrekken, welke zijn de behoeften of interesses.
Sowieso primeren studie & zelfstudie ... zonder regelmatige oefening kan een leerling geen vooruitgang boeken. Maar don't worry, we kunnen daar samen aan werken :-).
Voor mij is het heel belangrijk dat er steeds gezocht wordt naar een positieve en vooral motiverende feedback, uiteraard zal ik ook eens kritiek uiten ... maar het blijft nog steeds een ontspannende les voor de leerling.

Apprendre à jouer le piano est comme apprendre une autre langue , c'est la langue du corps en harmonie avec la musique .
J'apprends à mes élèves d'avoir une pensée musicale pour mieux comprendre la technique et je travaille sur les gestes corporels pour qu'on s'adapte plus facilement a l'instrument .
Je peux apprendre à lire et écrire la musique, avoir des notions de solfège, jouer de la musique classique, des chansons, de la musique de film,.. .
J'ai un Master en Piano solo et un Master en musique de chambre de Conservatoire royale de Bruxelles.
J'ai aussi un diplôme musicale du conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Paris .
Ça fait 8ans que je donne des cours régulièrement .
J'ai de l'expérience avec les enfants et les adultes .

Me gradué con dos Licenciaturas en el Real Conservatorio de Música de Madrid y actualmente en el Koninklijke Conservatorium de Bruselas.

Me gradué con una maestría con Olsi Leka, violonchelista principal de la Orquesta Nacional de Bélgica.

Hi! I’m Lucia, classical cellist from Madrid. I studied with international te known teachers as N. Shakhovskaya and D. Geringas, and I was working in Spain with the Spanish Radio TV orchestra, Spanish National Orchestra, OSPA, and contemporary music ensemble Plural Ensemble. Also I have teaching experience since 12 years, having worked privately and in Centro Superior Katarina Gurska.
I also play piano, I studied it since I was 3-4 years old because my father is a pianist and he was teaching me.

During my training, I had the opportunity to study with famous teachers with whom I was able to discover different violin techniques and different pedagogical approaches, which allowed me to create my own methodology. If Italy gave me the passion of sharing and communication (a typical Italian characteristic), Belgium taught me to convey a message, an idea in a concrete way. My meeting with Mr Lawson also made me aware of the importance in the life of an artist to share his knowledge, and teaching is for me the best way to put this sharing into practice.

Concernant le contenu du cours je le module en fonction de vos attentes et objectifs.

Je lie systématiquement le travail concret de l'instrument ( Classique, Variété ou Jazz ) avec un apprentissage minimal des éléments de base de la pratique musicale en général : théorie de la musique, formation de l'oreille intérieure, développement de la sensibilité harmonique, mélodique et rythmique, solfège etc... Je peux volontiers aborder tout cela plus profondément à la demande de l'élève, c'est passionnant aussi vous verrez !

La première rencontre sera l'occasion de discuter de tout cela, afin de mettre en place un cadre adopté à votre profil (Jeune enfant débutant, adolescent confirmé, adulte en reprise ou autres...)

Je considère que l'essentiel est de trouver un bon équilibre entre les exigences de rigueur inévitables pour progresser dans l'apprentissage du piano et le plaisir immédiat de jouer de la musique, qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un si bel instrument !

Of je nu begint met het maken van je eigen beats of worstelt met het schrijven van een nummer, ik help je het volgende niveau te bereiken dat je persoonlijk nodig hebt. Met een solide basis van muziekonderwijs kan ik je helpen jezelf uit te drukken via je muziek.

Ik kan heel technisch worden als dat nodig is, maar ik help je ook bij het navigeren door het creatieve proces en bij het bereiken van een punt dat voor jou werkt.

Houding en comfort met het instrument vormen de basis voor het gitaarspelen. Ik leg vaak de link met andere muziekinstrumenten zoals slagwerk, blaasinstrumenten en zang.

Het scheiden en begrijpen van de rollen van de twee handen is een andere belangrijke stap in de cursus. De ene hand speelt het ritme en de andere de noten op de toets. Er zijn veel oefeningen om de kennis en vaardigheden van beide handen te ontwikkelen.

I am a professional drummer, composer, and performer based in Brussels, with an active career in jazz, improvised, and creative music across Europe.

Whether your background is rock, pop, world, indie, or anything else, we focus on what serves your music, and on what learning this instrument can become. My goal is not to tell you strictly how things should be done, but to help you find your own way of doing them. To strengthen the musician that already exists inside you, and give you the tools to grow with confidence and independence.

I offer private drum lessons focused on long term development rather than isolated sessions. My work with students is based on regular weekly lessons, helping each drummer build solid technique, musical awareness, sound, and a personal voice in the instrument.

These lessons are for:
- Beginners who want a strong and musical foundation
- Intermediate players who want to improve groove, coordination, and confidence
- Creative musicians interested in improvisation, sound, and advanced rhythmic development.

My approach is practical and human. We work on what you really need, from basic technique and time feel to more advanced topics like independence, phrasing, and creative practice methods.

I mainly work with students who are interested in continuity and real progress through regular lessons.
