My beginnings began with the ukulele, later I moved on to the guitar and quickly fell in love with the bass, although I like to experiment with all the gadgets that make noise, especially the drums. I like to listen and learn a little about everything, so, regarding my musical profile, hmm, I would define it in a few styles such as; psychedelic rock, pop, folk, bossa nova, Latin music, jazz and classical music but what I like the most is improvisation. In recent years I have delved a lot into the language of jazz and Latin American rhythms, although previously I have had more concerts based on pop and rock. I have trained with teachers of the stature of Guillaume Vierset, François Delporte, Bo Vanderwerf, Olivier Stalon, Michelle Massot and Laurent Blondiau in Belgium. I have taught piano and musical language classes in schools with different methodologies in the Valencian Community, Murcia and Andalusia. I currently reside in the town of Vera (Almería). I always try to make the classes entertaining and productive. In younger children, different combinations of activities and dynamism help them move faster and maintain attention. I consider it essential to connect with my students; know their tastes, hobbies, musical qualities and the reasons for wanting to immerse themselves in the world of music. Music is a language and, just like the mother tongue, it must be learned through PRACTICE. For this reason, we will combine the interpretation and musical technique of the piano with the learning of theory, but ALWAYS in an ACTIVE way. Without a doubt, what will make our path through music with the piano FREE of LIMITATIONS will be the acquisition of a good TECHNIQUE; correct body position, fingering, study habits, etc. It's very important! My French teacher is amazing. In our one-on-one lessons, he's very patient. When I make mistakes, he gently corrects me, which makes learning fun, not scary. He's really approachable and friendly, always smiling and encouraging. We have good chats after class too. He often asks about my day and listens. Sometimes, he notices things I'm struggling with and offers help before I even ask. It feels great having a teacher who cares and supports me both in and out of class. I'm lucky to learn from him.

I have been very pleased with Yuechun as a teacher and as a person. She has a fun, positive teaching style, that helped my kid understand some concepts right from the first lesson. She has the skills to help different levels of students with many key concepts. Moreover, Yuechun is a joyful and educated person; it’s always nice to chat with her.
