Legrand's training methods are good！He was also enthusiastic, positive and patient, but his English was relatively simple and we couldn't communicate. If you are looking for a fitness trainer who speaks his language, he is highly recommended. His training is five stars, but because of his English expression level I can only give himfour stars. Thanks!
