In order to create beautiful music, you will not only have to master playing the instrument but also making high quality reeds. Thats why also offer lessons on the craft of reed making, from the basics of making your first reed to perfecting concert grade reeds. My piano lessons cover a wide range of musical styles from Classical music, through Jazz all the way to contemporary pop music, depending on the students interests. Depending on the needs of the student the teaching can include and focus on different technical aspects such as finger flexibility, music theory or improvisation.

I began my studies at the Maastricht Conservatory in 2017 with Arnoud Gerritse and Ron van Stratum and successfully completed them in 2021. In addition to various band projects in the areas of rock, jazz, hip hop and other related music genres, I have also been giving lessons for about 5 years and since I have now moved to Cologne after completing my bachelor's degree, I would like to offer them here too. The lessons are aimed at both beginners and advanced students and can also be used as preparation for the entrance exam.
