Do you love dance and want to improve your technical and artistic skills? I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile.
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO.
Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment).
My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris.
I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.

No dance skills is required, I adapt the choreographies to all levels and will highlight every single performing spark you have.
I have created choreographies and taught them for over 10 future brides and husbands these past two years.
As a professional dancer, educator, researcher, and performance maker I am creative, dynamic, aware, and versatile.
I will teach you the basics of several dance style and together we will co-create your perfect wedding dance according to your preferences (music, dance style, length,...)
If you want to dance on several music I can mix the track together along the choreography - so it is made on measure!
The classes are tailored, designed, and adjusted regarding the specific needs, capabilities, uniqueness, and artistic voice of each individual.
