Active as a cook in the Belgian Navy, I would like to pass on my knowledge to anyone, whether it is to acquire basic techniques, improve, find your cooking style and then let loose on the presentation and the combinations of flavors. I adapt to everyone (I have worked with very diverse profiles) and to each kitchen, even the least/most equipped, as long as we are creative and optimistic, we can always offer good things.
