Learning jazz is learning 20th and 21st century popular music,since that's where it's roots are coming from.Whether being a rock musician,hip hop producer,or a pop singer,jazz is what brings everything to another level.Mastering jazz phrasing,gives any musician an elite level of rhythmical fluency.
I also teach classical music,and I highly recommend it,especially for beginners,for developing the right habits from the start.
In this class,I deal with music theory,rhythm,harmony and improvisation,and for pianists,since I am one,also with piano technique,and reading music.

I am a jazz musician first,which means I play all other genres of popular music.In addition to my knowledge of jazz,I have also worked extensively on classical music,in order to better my piano technique,and understand better the correlation between the jazz and classical harmonic language.

I studied Jazz Piano,at the Jazz institute Graz,the jazz department of the University for Music and Performing Arts Graz. This is one of the best and oldest jazz faculties in Europe,and this is where I got the knowledge that was crucial for my music development.

I have played with musicians of various genres,jazz,pop,soul,funk,blues,fusion,hip hop,neo soul etc...,and I have more then 10 years of experience in live performing.
