A typical session begins with a warm-up and mobility exercises, followed by technique training for hip movements like Twerk, Wine, Jiggle or Shake. We then practice variations and combinations to develop rhythm, control and expression. I also integrate stretching and mobility exercises to improve flexibility and stability. Creating a supportive and relaxed learning atmosphere is very important to me. My classes are definitely suited for beginners as well as dancers who want to improve their hip mobility, body control and sense of rhythm.
