I am an international certified Hatha Yoga teacher. Hatha Yoga is a classic form of yoga that brings the body (asanas), breath (pranayama), and mind into harmony by holding positions for several breaths to promote health, inner peace, and balance. A classic session lasts 90 minutes. My yoga lesson usually includes: - learning various breathing techniques - practicing asanas to achieve flexibility and a healthy and strong body - meditative elements to focus the mind I also offer mantra chanting events / kirtan chanting. I teach in English and German. I am assembling a group for regular weekly practices, just let me know if you are interested.
