Matt has 8 years of experience as an american personal trainer. He has been coaching clients between the ages of 30-65 how to build muscle, lose weight, and get out of pain over thousands of hours with great success. Matt takes an individual approach to training his clients. What does this mean? It means that everyone starts with an assessment so that Matt can learn about them, their lifestyle, their training history, and their goals and needs in order to design a training program most suited to them.
