My work with the Ministry of Justice and other organizations has sharpened my skills in research, data analysis, and client communication, enabling me to approach complex issues with clarity and empathy. In this counseling class, I draw on my academic background and professional expertise to create an engaging learning environment where students can explore counseling techniques, develop critical problem-solving strategies, and foster personal growth. Through a balance of theoretical insights and practical applications, my aim is to equip students with the tools they need to navigate real-world challenges with confidence.

As a tutor on Apprentus, I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each student’s unique needs. My teaching approach is interactive and adaptable, focusing on helping students understand concepts deeply rather than just memorizing facts. I enjoy working with students who are curious, motivated, and ready to improve, no matter their current skill level. With experience in both academic and professional settings, I employ practical examples and problem-solving techniques to make lessons relatable and effective. SP201: Core Module Penultimate Year Project 2022 - “The intersectionality of discrimination against culture, religion and clothing for women in the UK Labour Market and Recruitment Process”
Produced a 7000-word research paper with quantitative and qualitative analysis for solo administered research involving ethics approval from LSE, Literature review, conducted, transcribed, and coded interviews, learnt STATA-17 for quantitative analysis and analysed data across 42000 observations from Latest UK Longitudinal Household Survey.
MSc Thesis 2024: “Understanding the relationship between Issue Ownership and Poverty Alleviation Programs in Pakistan: Case of BISP and Ehsaas”
A one of its kind study, involving field work, systematic review and quantitative data analysis using R, to understand the contextualisation of a political compass in the form of issue ownership. Revealed that policy making in Pakistan is more issue ownership based rather than evidence based. It found how local impact evaluations could be streamlined to understand the politics within poverty alleviation fund usage.
