I have a degree in physical education with certificates in sports training as well as on group classes training such as LesMills: Bodypump, Bodyattack, Grit, Bodybalnce, stretching functional and core.
I have trained more than 100 people with personalized training throughout my career and around 5,000 people in group classes.
