Samia began her musical studies at the National Conservatory of Music, Dance and Dramatic Art of Roubaix. She graduated at the age of 13 with the Diploma of End of Studies in harp with honors and then with a unanimous gold medal and at 16 with the 1st Prix de Perfectionnement unanimously with the congratulations of the jury in harp and a medal of gold in chamber music.

In 1998, she continued her studies at the Koninklijk Muziek Conservatorium Brussel in the class of Susanna Mildonian and in 2002 became Master in Harp with Distinction and in 2004, Master of Chamber Music with Distinction. She is an associate in psycho-pedagogy (mention very well) since 2006.

Since 2011, Samia is a first solo harp invited to deFilharmonie.

Giovanna raised and formed in Florence, where she began her guitar studies at the age of five at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole. In September, she graduated cum laude and she's currently enrolled in the Master’s program at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, studying with Antigoni Goni.

Winner of many international competitions, she performed plenty of times in Italy and in 2023 she has held a solo concert in Milan for the XXXVIII Società Umanitaria's concerts season. Next to renowned guitarists, such as Luigi Attademo and Giorgio Albiani, she performed the world premiere of Álvaro Company’s Concert Català for ten guitars, in the revision by Vincenzo Saldarelli.

Alongside her performing activity, Giovanna has developed a strong dedication to teaching adults, children, and teenagers. She tailors each learning path to the individual student, carefully balancing personal interests with technical and artistic development, whether for amateur musicians or students preparing for conservatory admission. Her teaching approach places particular emphasis on physical awareness and well-being, guiding students toward healthy and efficient use of the body while playing.
