My name is Dina and I am an experienced, native, certified Greek language teacher. I was teaching Greek language in Greek schools for 16 years and the last couple of years I teach Greek Language as a second/foreign language individualized and in Greek language classes in Belgium. I hold a BA in Sciences of Education, a Ma in Educational Planning and Development and I have attended courses on Teaching Greek as a second/foreign language and Digital Technologies in Face to Face and Distance Learning. I' am very enthusiastic about teaching Greek and I offer well prepared Greek language courses, based on learner's needs and interests, in an engaging and positive learning environment. The course is focused on developing the learner's abilities on: a) Understanding oral and written speech b) Producing oral and written speech The learning process is based on: 1)Well-structured lesson plans, involving speaking, listening, reading and writing activities. 2) Study of various educational material. 3) Interactive and communicative teaching activities. 4) Use of Educational Technology Tools. 5) Practical conversation on real-life situations. 6) Follow-up exercises. The activities have an interdisciplinary approach, offering an insight to Greek culture (history, music, art, food, traditions, mythology etc.).
