Hello!
My name is Fabia, I'm a German native speaker ( but fluent in English as well) and am so happy that you've found your way to my profile! I'm playing the piano for 13 years now, studied a lot of classical pieces with the help of my russian piano teacher & also took part in a lot of national and international competitions. But just playing the piano wasn't enough for me - I wanted to share my love and knowledge with other people!
Today I'm giving lessons for interested people of all age, already gained teaching experience for 4 years now and still love to show my students the world of music. Every student has individual needs, that's why we discuss your personal goals and hopes for the lesson.

For my online classes, you just need a laptop, a stable internet connection a webcam and a keyboard or piano! That's all!

I propose an apprenticeship based on musicality and efficiency. Technical, certainly, but always in the service of music, songs that we want to play. Because is not this the primary goal of the apprentice drummer / learn to play his favorite songs? Then: join a group, and be able to place themselves effectively on compositions.

Feel free to come with your own requests! Except for the extreme metal: I have nothing against, simply I am not expert in blast beat and co, I can nevertheless recommend experts in the field.

How nice that you came across my teaching profile! Hello and welcome!

I love playing the piano and I love teaching. I made both my full-time job and have been teaching piano for around ten years. No matter what age you are, I will pick you up from where you are with my tailor-made lessons.

Over the years my student body has grown so much that I opened a piano school last month. In two very modern rooms with professional studio equipment and four pianos there is a lot of space and space for your creativity! We can immortalize your completed songs with a (video) recording or, if you wish, professionally sing something.

In addition to individual lessons, I also offer workshop lessons. Each participant has their own piano at their disposal and can work on their own materials / songs at their own pace while I walk around with headphones and pass on my help / tips from student to student.

Studied jazz musician gives saxophone lessons, focused on the joy of making music. You decide where to go.

I'm on stage full-time.
I am currently involved in a large number of projects with various musical styles. My references include an appearance on the Dutch television station L1mburg TV, as well as a concert on the public radio program NPO Jazz in the Netherlands, as well as appearances at various jazz festivals, including North Sea Jazz Rotterdam, JazzOut Limburg and the Göttingen Jazz Festival.

Music has accompanied me since early childhood.
I started playing the flute when I was five and the saxophone when I was nine.
After gaining a lot of experience in big bands, funk/soul bands, rock bands and other projects, my interests culminated in studying jazz and saxophone at the Maastricht Conservatory, which I successfully completed in 2021.

About the lesson:

It's not just about jazz. You determine the style of music. Whether pop, funk or soul, I'm open to everything.

Reflection is the be-all and end-all. I'll teach you music theory and everything to do with sax. The feel and the fun of making music is always the focus. You decide which direction we take. If desired, improvisation plays a major role. The course is suitable for all ages and levels. I take the time to adapt to you and to fulfill your wishes e.g. music style, direction etc..
The lessons take place in my own studio, at your home or online via webcam.
