With over 10 years experience in teaching and education with a speciality in physical education, teaching classes, clinics and corporate wellness, I teach beginner-Advanced Pilates and Pilates-Yoga a fusion of both mind-body exercises. The focus is on breathing, awareness, posture, control, precision when executing the exercises, strength and flexibility. The goal is to enable students to become aware of any muscular imbalances, particularly those with tight back, neck and shoulders, learn how to relax through breathing and relaxation techniques. I use both original and contemporary Pilates exercises, modifying and adapting for the students where needed.

With over 10 years experience in teaching and education, I specialise in tutoring English for school and ESOL, SAT, 11+, VR, 13+, GCSE, IGCSE, Cambridge Assessments. My aim is to motivate and encourage students and challenge where necessary. I can assign homework if required. I also teach creative writing skills, comprehension and grammar. I use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to help you with your reading, speaking and writing skills and learning. I work with students from all ages and backgrounds and have seen students grow in confidence using English Language. For ESOL I teach younger and older students using role play, mime, music and songs, visual resources and video in a fun and interactive way.

A qualified teacher with over 10 years experience in teaching and education, I offer science subjects in biology, physics and chemistry. I teach Biology both in schools and colleges to include IGCSE, A level human biology and undergraduate degree. I teach physics and chemistry to lower secondary students and cover all areas of the curriculum. I prepare lessons, exam techniques, past exam papers for students studying EdExcel, OCR, AQA, Cambridge IGCSE. I tailor all lessons to the students abilities, assign homework if required and challenge where necessary. I use teacher-student approach and work together with the student's learning styles.
