With over 10 years experience in teaching and education, I specialise in tutoring English for school and ESOL, SAT, 11+, VR, 13+, GCSE, IGCSE, Cambridge Assessments. My aim is to motivate and encourage students and challenge where necessary. I can assign homework if required. I also teach creative writing skills, comprehension and grammar.

I use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to help you with your reading, speaking and writing skills and learning. I work with students from all ages and backgrounds and have seen students grow in confidence using English Language. For ESOL I teach younger and older students using role play, mime, music and songs, visual resources and video in a fun and interactive way.

Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file.
