I have more than 12 000 hours experience as an online language teacher. I am currently preparing my students for exams such as Goethe (A1-B2), Telc, TestDaf and Swiss nationalization exam. I work with students at all levels, from absolute bare beginner to those who wish to fine-tune their pronunciation and connecting sentences. I also do proof-reading for university-/school-papers. I provide all materials for my classes (past papers, books, exercises, recommendations for apps) and in the past I have worked with students for as a long as 2 years at a weekly basis, slowly graduating them from entry to advanced. Having fun in my classes is fundamental to me, as I know this to be crucial to stay long-term committed to a project as daunting as "learning German".

I am studying Mathematics at the University of Cambridge (graduated my bachelor's degree with highest distinction in June 2023, I will start my master's in October 2023) and systematically obtained >90% in mathematics and physics.

My math teacher wrote about me in her recommendation letter for the University of Cambridge: “And very important as well, he is a good communicator and apt to share his knowledge. Whenever we do teamwork, a quiz or a game in the classroom, everyone wants to be in the same group as Zephyr. ”

In 2023, I've obtained a Master degree in Linguistics at the University of Amsterdam. I've achieved the C1+ levels in English, on the CEFR scale.
