Yoga appeared in my life 6 years ago and from that time my life is constantly changing for better and better. 2 years ago I went to India to study Traditional Hatha Yoga Pradipika with a Yoga World Champion Kadambari and dr. K. Ashutosh in Swami Krishnananda Vidyapeeth Ashram in Mysore. I can easily say it was not only a simple yoga TTC it was a personal transformation program. After all, I also did Hatha Flow, Artistic Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Menstrual Yoga courses with the same teacher - Kadambari. From that time I started to share my knowledge as a Yoga instructor. Yoga is not only a physical practice but it is a whole beautiful philosophy that should be widespread - that's why I'm here - to give you a tool - Asanas and Pranayamas to start or continue your yoga journey. As I already did mention before besides Hatha I also teach Artistic Yoga which is a dynamic terpsichorean form of practice. Is a combination of modern scientific techniques and ancient yoga. I always try to get an individual approach to each student considering his needs and level of advancement.
