No previous dance experience required – all levels are welcome!

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (e.g., workout or dancewear).

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Dance barefoot or with indoor dance shoes – no outdoor shoes in the studio.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to warm up and get settled.

Classes are taught in Swedish or English, depending on the group.
