Hallo all,
Currently I’m living in Thailand and since 2021 I‘m a certified Yoga Teacher. I did my Teacher Training in Koh Phangan, Thailand with the knowledgeable Valerie Jeremijenko (Phd, ERYT 500). Just a while after I had the honor to teach students at her Yoga Centre. Furthermore I have experiences with children from 7-14 old. During my stay in Thailand I taught yoga to children the Open heat charity.
This course is for everyone from beginners to intermediate. You can choose whether you prefer a more relaxing class to more challenging classes. Just let me know.

I overcame stage fear by learning how to breathe optimally, how to prepare psychologically and through basic yoga exercises (I have been practicing for 30 years).

In 1998, I started giving classes in Bucharest and replacing and supporting the Integral Yoga classes of Dr. Indrasenji, Yogacharya of Vivekananda Kendra, India.

I will prepare concrete exercises for you according to your current needs.

You can do this in my class:
- Warm-up, stretching, sun salutation (Surya Namaskhar), yoga postures, beginner and intermediate level
- Breathing exercises.
- Music therapy, mantras on vowels and consonants to develop the voice.
If you wish, the course can also take place in a group.
I am a musician and I apply yoga and these principles in my professional life as well.

As a 200 Hour yoga Teacher and 50 hour FlyHighYoga teacher I will be your guide and coach to embark on your journey with a variety of purposes - be it weight loss, toning, relieving stress, controlling emotions, going through a difficult phase in life, curing pain and symptoms, staying in shape, improving flexibility or practicing to become a professional.We will do different asanas in conjunction with the phases of the moon. Additionally, I work with breathing - the power of breathing is an add-on to your yoga practice. With the control of your breath you can actually turn off the mind when it’s spinning - this will give you clarity. Nonetheless, it’s a very powerful way to cleanse your airways and lungs. The lungs fight pathogens on a daily basis - but have you ever wondered when you actually cleanse them ?

I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class.

I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes.

You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.

Do-In Yoga is for everyone! It's an accessible way of doing yoga: women, men & kids love it.
Do-in Yoga has its origin in Japan; we combine 'makko ho' stretches with Qi Gong (breathing) exercises, tapping the meridians (energy pathways in the body) and short meditation.

You'll learn how to take care of your body and also what stretches have a certain effect on different functions in the body.

My name is Rohima and I am a certified yoga teacher, but besides that... I am also human. I am based in Paris and would love to guide you in to different practices.
I offer 1:1 practices in the comfort of your own home. Think about a (yin) yoga practice with meditation. Think about breathwork, or assisted stretching (which we call PNF - Propioceptive Neuromuscular Facillitation) where I'll help you to move your body in different stretching positions which helps your range of motion & muscle flexibility.

I completed my 200-hour training at Sequence yoga academy in Tokyo in 2023 and became a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher.
I have been practising yoga for more than 10 years since I started my career as a vocalist to align my mind and body.
In 2018, I qualified as a Laughter Yoga teacher in Japan, but I can now teach regular yoga as well :)

I offer an individual or group Hatha Yoga Sivananda class (maximum 5 people)
I trained at the Sivananda Ashram in Orléans during a one-month immersive training course certified by Yoga Alliance.
The complete session lasts 1h30 and consists of breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas) as well as relaxation interludes (savasanas) throughout the practice. And I accompany you through the movements throughout the course.
I also have an important knowledge of the philosophy of Yoga which I teach alongside my classes according to your own interest. And I can also teach you about practicing mantras (sacred Hindu chants). Looking forward to teaching you!
