I specialize in teaching dance classes in the technique styles of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hiphop, Modern, and Contemporary. My goal is to keep students active and moving during quarantine in the time of COVID-19. My classes will start off warming up and stretching then moving to the combination that I plan to teach. Every class will be similar but involving different combinations. This class will vary in technique levels from beginner to advanced but every class will be very relaxed and not stressful.

I am pursuing my Bachelor of Arts in Dance and English Literature with a minor in Theatre. I love teaching classes of all styles.

Yoga is an amazing tool I discovered more than10 years ago. With the help of yoga you will be able to release tensions and emotions that you have been carrying around with you for years. I will guide you with body, mind and spirit into this practice with a lot of asanas. Some women will discover they can leave the medical pill box aside for relieving period cramps for example. Many claim to have found a solution for their anxiety, insomnia or depression.

A mindful practice comes from your own input. As a 200 Hour yoga Teacher and 50 hour FlyHighYoga teacher I will be your guide and coach to embark on your journey with a variety of purposes - be it weight loss, toning, relieving stress, controlling emotions, going through a difficult phase in life, curing pain and symptoms, staying in shape, improving flexibility or practicing to become a professional.We will do different asanas in conjunction with the phases of the moon. Additionally, I work with breathing - the power of breathing is an add-on to your yoga practice. With the control of your breath you can actually turn off the mind when it’s spinning - this will give you clarity. Nonetheless, it’s a very powerful way to cleanse your airways and lungs. The lungs fight pathogens on a daily basis - but have you ever wondered when you actually cleanse them ?

I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class.

I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes.

You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.

Do-In Yoga is for everyone! It's an accessible way of doing yoga: women, men & kids love it.
Do-in Yoga has its origin in Japan; we combine 'makko ho' stretches with Qi Gong (breathing) exercises, tapping the meridians (energy pathways in the body) and short meditation.

You'll learn how to take care of your body and also what stretches have a certain effect on different functions in the body.

I completed my 200-hour training at Sequence yoga academy in Tokyo in 2023 and became a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher.
I have been practising yoga for more than 10 years since I started my career as a vocalist to align my mind and body.
In 2018, I qualified as a Laughter Yoga teacher in Japan, but I can now teach regular yoga as well :)

I offer an individual or group Hatha Yoga Sivananda class (maximum 5 people)
I trained at the Sivananda Ashram in Orléans during a one-month immersive training course certified by Yoga Alliance.
The complete session lasts 1h30 and consists of breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas) as well as relaxation interludes (savasanas) throughout the practice. And I accompany you through the movements throughout the course.
I also have an important knowledge of the philosophy of Yoga which I teach alongside my classes according to your own interest. And I can also teach you about practicing mantras (sacred Hindu chants). Looking forward to teaching you!

I started my journey of learning how to shuffle/cut shapes a little over a year and a half ago and it ignited a flame of passion in me like nothing had in a very long time. I'd say it's turned into a somewhat spiritual experience for me. Although there is of course still a lot for me to learn and improve on and I feel like my journey has just started, I feel confident that I can help others get started on their own journey. My fundamentals as well as my knowledge and understanding of the dance are pretty solid and I would never try to teach you something that is outside of my expertise. I think at the end of the day though, the most important thing with dance is to just have fun and to learn to find confidence and freedom in your expression through it, so most of all I hope I can help you find that.

Throughout the class, dancers are introduced to fundamental ballet steps and movements performed to classical music, in order to understand ballet technique and vocabulary. During the class, we learn exercises both at the barre and in the center, designed to develop balance, alignment, and control. Through training, participants learn to connect with their bodies, express theimselves and discover the elegance of ballet.
Contemporary (modern) dance is based on the principles of fluidity, gravity, and the natural use of breath .
