Acerca de mí
An upbeat, energetic, dedicated and qualified maths teacher specialising in Key Stage 2, 3, 4 and 5 (ages 8 to 18 years old). I have tutored privately at my home for about 30 years and more recently, since June 2021 I have tutored online, under CS Maths Tuition. My priorities as a tutor are to ensure my students gain confidence, independence and a deep understanding of the skills and knowledge that they require in line with the current National Curriculum. I really enjoy my work, I am a very conscientious tutor and greet every student in each tutoring session with dedication and enthusiasm. I have a positive approach and take time to get to know my students so that they come to love learning and have the self belief required to take them to the next level. Aside from teaching, I enjoy hiking, sailing, learning languages, learning to play the flute and saxophone, chess, and reading.
