De lessen verlopen als volgt. Allereerst gaan we samen op zoek naar de grootste struikelblokken van de student. Deze kunnen zowel gerelateerd zijn aan de leerstof als aan de studiemethode. Vanaf daar werk ik verder op het tempo van de student en moedig ik hen aan om zoveel mogelijk vragen te stellen. Ik geef hen ook tips en tricks, en verbeter hun werkwijze waar nodig. Tijdens de les geef ik veel voorbeelden om de leerstof interessanter te maken en lossen we samen oefeningen op. Eens de student de oefeningen uit de les beheerst, geef ik nog enkele uitdagende oefeningen om ook te testen op het diepere begrip van de leerstof. Op die manier probeer ik de student optimaal voor te bereiden op zijn/haar toets of examen.

Leren moet echter ook aangenaam zijn. Daarom streef ik altijd naar een goede band met de student door een spontane en positieve aanpak. Verder ben ik ook heel geduldig. Dit alles verlaagt de drempel om vragen te stellen en verbetert het leerproces van de student.

Philosopher est une manière de raisonner et une manière de résoudre des problèmes qui n'auront jamais une solution parfaite et définitive. Connaître la distance entre la Terre et la Lune n'est pas un problème de philosophie, car il suffit de mesurer pour le résoudre. En revanche, savoir par exemple ce que c'est que la justice est un problème de philosophie. Un mètre ne saura pas nous aider à connaître la réponse. Il faut s'y prendre autrement et dans les cours que je vous propose, je vous enseignerai comment.

Aujourd'hui, il y a même des champs d'activité comme le management avec la philosophie ou la philothérapie. Durant ces dernières années, certains élèves d'allemand m'ont demandé de leur dispenser également des cours de philosophie et c'est pour cela que j'ai décidé d'offrir directement des cours de philosophie.
