Phd. in Math and Finance from U of Toronto and Kyoto University, and working full-time in a top-tier financial institution at the moment. I am experienced in private tutoring as well as teaching courses at undergraduate level, and am specializing in tutoring of Math, Statistics, Programming, Finance, and exam preparation such as IB, SAT, GRE, and GMAT. Currently, I am also serving as an Adjunct Professor in a University in Singapore while working full-time as a quantitative team head in a large financial institution. My goal is to enable the students to develop the skills to think and solve problems logically and systematically. Moreover, I would also try to inspire the students to connect what they learn from textbooks to real world problems/applications. Depending on students' interests and background, I can make the teaching either more theoretical or more practical.
