We listen, we repeat and we understand. The student actively participates in the lesson and, as the lesson progresses, he/she improves his/her linguistic competences. A lesson is a structured teaching plan, created in the spirit of Agile and its goal is to assure that the student understands what he/she has learnt at the end of each class. Active learning is about listening, repeating, understanding and absorbing the material during the lesson. Having worked as a French teacher for international corporations for almost 20 years, I have developed a structured teaching method that allows to absorb the material more effectively in less time. The student is not bored, building his/her knowledge in a structured way. He/She understands and is curious. Our structured study programs are demanding, thus the full motivation of the student is essential to start learning.
