I’ve always been interested in the Olistic world and some years ago I started my yoga path falling in love with this discipline. After a period following classes I decided to go deeper and I got the 200h YTT recognised by Yoga Alliance. I worked in Portugal as yoga teacher for 2 years and now I am ready to share my passion with everyone wants to begin or go on with the practice. I am also an Ayurvedic Student still in progress but happy to add knowledge to my “bag”.
