Mother tongue Italian, I have taught Italian classes to several students both privately and in college, always with excellent results and feedbacks. I teach both conversation and grammar to provide tools to start and use the language immediately. I tailor lessons according to students' needs and aims and provide resources to enhance self directed learning too. I very much enjoy to meet new people interested in languages, especially Italian. My background is in biomedical research and education, with considerable experience in teaching a wide range of audiences in diverse settings. I earned a masters degree in Biosciences, a PhD in Molecular Medicine and a PGCE in post-compulsory education and training at Cardiff University. I research based methods to meet learner’s needs and maximise learning potential in my professional practice. I successfully supported from undergraduate to secondary students to the highest of standards and with always with excellent results. I very much enjoy communicating with people and helping students in their tasks.
