Hallo!

Ik geef al enkele jaren les aan kinderen uit het tweede leerjaar.
Zelf geef ik zowel taal, WO als rekenen.
Ik wil jullie kind graag helpen bij
- het oefenen voor toetsen
- het maken van het huiswerk
- het verbeteren van het leesniveau
- het verbeteren van het begrijpend lezen
- automatiseren van rekensommen, spellingsregels, ...

Zo leggen we samen een sterke basis voor de volgende schooljaren.

Dag en uur is afhankelijk van de tijd die we nodig hebben.
Dit mag elke week veranderen.
Ook in de vakanties wil ik jullie kind helpen.

Actuellement aux études en Master 2 (orientation ingénieur en automatisation), je prends depuis maintenant 4 ans plaisir à enseigner les matières scientifiques aux moins expérimentés.

J'ai de toujours un excellent contact avec les jeunes (scoutisme, moniteur de centre de vacances breveté ADEPS, ONG) et les cours particuliers forment aujourd'hui ma principale activité derrière mes études.

Ayant déjà assuré au total le suivi d'une trentaine de jeunes, certains en cours particuliers et d'autres en classes (de 4-5 jeunes), j'ai acquis une expérience conséquente dans le domaine de l'enseignement privé, et ce pour tous les niveaux du secondaire.

Fort de cette large expérience en bagage, j'ai déjà expliqué au moins une fois chaque matière du programme secondaire de n'importe quelle année. Au fil des années, j'ai su apprendre, expérimenter et trouver les moyens les plus efficaces de faire passer chacun de ces sujets.

Enfin, mes études d'ingénieur me permettent de réaliser une approche plus pratique de la matière, ce qu'apprécient beaucoup les élèves de secondaires, qui se retrouvent bien trop souvent à ne pas savoir à quoi servent les maths et sciences qui leur sont enseignées.

Hoi,

In een snel evoluerende wereld waar kennis en gegevens zich blijven uitbreiden, is het essentieel om echte sociale connecties niet over het hoofd te zien. Anderen helpen is een belangrijk onderdeel van mijn leven geweest sinds ik een kleine jongen was. Ik ben gedreven om bij te dragen aan onze samenleving door mensen samen te brengen en zinvolle verbindingen te onderhouden. Deze ambitie voedt mijn verlangen om naar dit doel toe te werken.

Momenteel ben ik een Belgische student in mijn tweede jaar Burgerlijk Ingenieur aan de KU Leuven. Ik ben echter gaan beseffen dat dit vakgebied niet overeenkomt met mijn passie voor menselijke interactie. Daarom heb ik besloten me academisch te heroriënteren en begin ik in september aan een opleiding Handelsingenieur.

Voordat ik aan mijn nieuwe academische reis begin, wil ik de komende vijf maanden gebruiken om mijn kennis te delen en aanvullende vaardigheden op te doen. Ik ben trots op de kwaliteit van het onderwijs dat ik heb genoten op mijn middelbare school, Heilig Hartcollege Tervuren, en bied graag studietrajectbegeleiding en -ondersteuning aan jou of je kind/tiener. Ik kan bijna elk onderwerp behandelen tot op universitair niveau Civiele Techniek.

Als je specifieke vragen hebt of meer wilt weten over mij of de onderwerpen die ik kan behandelen, neem dan gerust contact met me op. Momenteel gevestigd in België, heb ik twee jaar ervaring met het verlenen van particuliere ondersteuning. Als u zich in Manhattan bevindt, ben ik bereid om te reizen, maar geef me alstublieft 3 tot 4 dagen de tijd om mijn koffers te pakken en afspraken te maken.

Lessen kunnen in het Engels, Frans of Nederlands worden gegeven, afhankelijk van uw voorkeur.

I specialize in finding and teaching the students the basic concepts that are not well understood. In my experience, I realize that once we find and solve those deficits, the student learning rate increases greatly. Na vele jaren experimenteel en theoretisch wetenschappelijk onderzoek op internationaal niveau te hebben uitgevoerd (PhD University of Cambridge, National Physical Laboratory, Max-Planck Institute, KUL en UCL), bied ik aangepaste en adaptieve begeleiding in wiskunde, scheikunde en natuurkunde.
