Born in Central Asia and raised in Europe, I am an international flutist with classical, contemporary and electronic music training , and several master degrees from Conservatories in Belgium and the Netherlands. I travel through Europe and Russia to play classical and contemporary chamber music.
I see music as a way for people to connect with their own creativity and open themselves to their inner voice, their true self and their unique path.

I am looking forward to sharing with you the joy of learning and letting your inner artist sing, wherever you might be on your artistic path. If you need advice on contemporary pieces for your final jury, if you are looking for ways to refresh your repertoire or to give a new direction to your practice, I will be happy to help! I love to guide you through the classics of modern repertoire, to teach my tricks to creative interpretation or free improvisation.
Extra information
My values:

Curiosity : other genres and other countries music or instruments inspire me continuously and playing new things make me stronger and more confident in my normal practice

Authenticity : Listen to my intuition and body sensations was often the key when I was blocked, and I learned how to use Alexander Technique or mindfulness meditation to give new directions to my practice

Consciousness : I believe the artist is not detached from the environment or the society, whatever he or she does. I am committed to bring people together and to make new people meet and I feel this is the best tiny contribution I can make towards a better world

About Me
My classes are structured in several small steps: warm-up, technique, interpretation, theoretical explanations or bodily placement if necessary: neither the efficiency nor the pleasure to play are forgotten. A flute lesson is above all a moment where we let the beauty of music touch us and transport us!

My personal experience led me to think a lot about the body, its placement, the breath and their interconnection in the service of music.
Education
I obtained my didactic diploma at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels
I then perfected the mastery of my instrument at Fontys Hogeschool van de Kunsten
I also followed a practical training of Musician Intervenante in Workshop.

I suggest you improve your saxophone and music practice by focusing on learning melody by ear and developing improvisation.

As for instrumental technique, I can teach you how to place your fingers properly to develop your virtuosity, to have a tonic air column and a good embouchure to develop your sound and to work on articulation to improve your phrasing. All this is acquired little by little by playing specific exercises and solos, pieces or saxophone studies.
Through learning the instrument I also suggest you develop your musical qualities which are essential to progress and have fun playing. By learning and memorizing melodies or solos by ear, you develop your ear, your sense of rhythm and your memory. Free improvisation allows you to develop your inner singing and your musical personality. Finally, working with a metronome or directly on recordings will help you improve your rhythmic ear.
All this is aimed at allowing the greatest possible freedom with one's instrument as well as the development of a personal aesthetic.

I started learning the saxophone at the conservatory 7 years ago. I started with jazz then curiosity pushed me to study classical saxophone for 3 years before specializing in tenor and jazz. I had many saxophone teachers (Eric Barret, Pascal Gaubert, Sylvain Rifflet, Sylvain Cathala...) and today I have a bachelor's degree at the Royal Conservatory with Fabrice Alleman and Manu Hermia.

I have played the saxophone in many different contexts, often in jazz in small groups or in a Big Band, in classical solo or in a quartet and also with pop groups on stage or in the studio.

I have always loved passing on what I have learned, so I have been teaching beginners/amateurs for 4 years, always with the aim of developing the pleasure of playing and regularity of practice.
