Trusted teacher: Microsoft Office is now a virtually indispensable software suite for almost everyone, whether during our school years, through PowerPoint presentations, document creation with MS Word, calculations and graph creation in MS Excel, or during our professional lives. In the latter case, we need to get even more out of it in a minimum amount of time. Some may have noticed that it's possible to automate a series of actions by recording "macros" to save time. But have you ever considered that behind these macros lies computer code generated for you in "Visual Basic for Applications" (VBA)? Understanding this type of code and how it manipulates the "object model" associated with the application being used (for example, the worksheets, rows and columns, cells, and the values they contain, in the case of Microsoft Excel) allows you to go further in terms of automation and flexibility. The course is adaptable to the student and their level. Depending on demand and the number of sessions, it can cover the fundamentals of programming (variables, types, declarations, manipulations, local and global variables, etc.), illustrated using VBA, as well as best programming practices (error handling, using comments, standardizing variable names, code modularity), culminating in the creation of a project enabling interoperability between different Microsoft Office tools (for example, associating notes taken with OneNote with dates in a perpetual calendar created in Excel). It may even cover concepts such as object-oriented programming (polymorphism, encapsulation) and the differences between compiled and interpreted languages. The sky's the limit :))

Trusted teacher: As an experienced music teacher, I offer recorder and music theory lessons for children and adults of all ages and skill levels! Originally from Brazil, I have been teaching music for several years. A graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, I have extensive experience as a music teacher, having given private lessons and taught in music academies in Belgium and elsewhere. I develop a unique method for each student so that they can learn in a solid and enjoyable way. The recorder is an easy instrument to learn, making it a great opportunity for children to begin their musical journey. It provides an initial introduction to musical notation and helps develop their ear. I offer students a fun and dynamic learning experience, where music is made from the very first lesson. For adults... If you're a beginner, don't worry! I will teach you how to produce the first sounds on your new instrument, how to blow correctly, how to adopt a good posture, etc. I will help you build, step by step, a solid basic technique that will allow you to play any piece on the flute. If you are an advanced student or already possess a solid foundation in your instrument, I propose working on refining your technique, taking into account each repertoire. We will explore creativity and sound to produce an increasingly beautiful and eloquent musical expression. Lessons can take place at the student's home or the teacher's home in Forest. Travel expenses are negotiable depending on the distance. Feel free to contact me to discover this magnificent instrument! Trusted teacher: Bachelor in English/Spanish Translation, and holder of a CAP diploma (Certificate of Teaching Aptitudes) I give private English lessons for pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, style, etc. through conversation. I taught English to groups of children in private schools, teenagers in remediation, then adults in the French Community of Belgium for 15 years. Belgian-American, I am native. I have traveled to London many times to visit art galleries and concerts with friends. I have stayed in the USA a large number of times because my family on my father's side lives there and family is important to me. I provide teaching materials if necessary but a financial contribution for copies is required at the start of the course in addition to the amount of each lesson. I correct the errors by proposing one or more alternatives to the erroneous version but I do not cut the person off while they are speaking, I wait for the end of the sentence, the end of the paragraph, so as not to cut them off. fluidity. I also work by theme by providing copies with texts to read or grammar exercises to do, either at the moment or the next time. I give homework if it suits the student, otherwise, all the work is done in class, and the student reviews between sessions, for faster improvement in their level. We can also work on songs based on song lyrics. Texts based on press articles. It is necessary to be curious, to dare to ask questions, to dare to have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn, through trial and error. I use innovative methods. If I don't know how to answer a question, I write it down and answer it in the next class.

Improve your speeches in public and in meetings / Brussels (Brussels)
Charlotte

Charlotte is a superb instructor. I took classes with her at her home for several months to improve my public speaking skills. During each session, Charlotte helped me work on my tone and delivery through various public speaking exercises. Charlotte asked me to prepare short written assignments before our meetings, so that I could practice delivering my script using various speaking techniques during the class. For these assignments, Charlotte was very engaged and made sure that the assignments would assist me in my specific professional goals. She did this by tailoring the subject matter to my professional work - mostly legal and political matters - and she pushed me to consider what I wanted to achieve from my audience with each speaking opportunity. Charlotte, however, is not only a skilled professional. She is also a tremendously kind, energetic and dynamic person to work with. She made me feel comfortable sharing my vulnerabilities, which made the process of receiving constructive feedback a fun and welcomed experience. She encouraged me to practice my public speaking in French - which is not my first language - and made me feel at ease. She is kind, understanding and an incredibly nice person. If you are looking for a professional who is dedicated to helping you improve, welcomes your goals and ideas, and who is a pleasure to meet with each week - then look no further than Charlotte.

Mohamed

I've been studying with Mohamed for several months now, and I can confidently say he is one of the smartest and most effective teachers I've ever worked with. He not only has a deep understanding of Python and Data Science, but he truly knows how to teach. Mohamed has a rare combination of strong technical expertise and outstanding teaching skills. He can explain complex topics in a simple and clear way, and he always chooses examples and exercises that really help you grasp the material. What I value most is his focus on practical application: we don’t get stuck in theory — we move straight to solving tasks that are relevant to real-world work. This makes each lesson extremely useful and efficient 👌🏼
